UAE citizens can obtain a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) or at designated land border points in Nepal.

  • A duly filled visa application either completed online or upon arrival in Nepal.
  • 2 passport-sized photos with a white background.

  • UAE residence visa copy with minimum validity of 3 months.

The letter either can be addressed to the embassy or simply written as “To Whom It May Concern” type that mentions inter alia their No Objection to the employee’s visit, the employee’s name and nationality, job title and salary. The letter should be stamped and signed by the company’s authorized person.
