Requirements For UAE Nationals
UAE citizens can travel to Indonesia visa-free for short stays of up to 30 days. This visa-free entry applies to tourism, business or social visits. However, the following conditions apply:
Duration: You can stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days without a visa.
Extension: The visa-free entry cannot be extended. If you plan to stay longer than 30 days, you must apply for a different type of visa before traveling.
Entry Points: Visa-free entry is available at designated airports and seaports across Indonesia.
Documents Required for Entry:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
- Return or Onward Ticket.
- Hotel Reservation.
- Travel Insurance.
- Proof of Sufficient Funds.

- Original & copy of valid passport (valid for at least 7 month).
- Original & copy of residence visa.
- Original & copy of Emirates ID.
- Two white background photos passport size.
- Last 3-month bank statement minimum US$3000 or Aed 8000 – Aed 10000 at closing statement.
- No objection certificate (NOC) from employer or sponsor. The letter should state that the applicants must leave Indonesia after completing their visit.
- For non-tourism the requirement may differ like invitation letter from Indonesian citizen for family visit, confirmation attendance for event/conference or local sponsor company for business meeting/training with copy of their Indonesian ID.
- Filling of the financial and health protocol statement letter.
- Returned ticket.
- Hotel or accommodation reservation.
- Travel insurance.
- The processing time takes 3-4 days.
- Fee for a Single-Entry Visit (Business, Family, Meeting Etc) is Aed 610.
- Fee for Tourist Visa is AED 500.
